Constant headaches
I have been having consistent headaches for more than 10 years now. Earlier it was whenever I had a sinus issue and it used to be only in the frontal portion of my head but now they happen anytime anywhere. Sometimes the headaches are so intense I feel like crying. These headaches don't let me sleep, it gets very difficult to do anything. Please suggest what should I do

If headache is affecting your daily routine and is frequent, then you will need to take some medication. Consult a Neurologist.
