Brain and Spine Problems

I am feeling numbness in legs and hands while sitting, sleeping and walking. And also I am feeling dizziness.

I have got tested for vitamin b12 and vitamins  d3 in report it is 150.5 and 23.16 respectively .I am suffering from burning sensation and pain  in feet and sometimes in ankle and knee . I am taking neurobion forte and gabapin nt 100 from 6 days but no improvement .

Sir my 13 month baby girl head circumference is 43.5 cm i sit normal sir IAM very michu worried about it please help me

I am not spoken fluently . voice and word clear but I can not spoken fluently, 5 years old I facing stammering problem,

I have a fizzy pain in my BRAIN And also sometime I feel HEAVY PAIN IN BRAIN.. I am not got focus and concentration while doing any work, I think my sensing capability goes very low due to HEAVY and FIZZY PAIN IN MY BRAIN..

He has Bells Palsy for more than 12-14 years, is it still curable? Visited couple of Neurologist and they told us it is not curable and won't impact anymore, however this was few years back so checking if there are any medications available now. Thanks

Can mri scan able to show pinched nerve or damaged nerve?Or a CT scan is enough to understand the condition of nerves?

Past 4 days feeling Heavyness in head and sound from Ears buzzing voice and From past  1 month i feel Internal vibrations/heart beat like sound in different parts of body like hand legs neck chest Back... I Done HBA1C test diabets My result was 5% i checked my diabetes it was normal .

My fathers age is 79. 10 days ago suddenly his sodium level fall to 113. Had tremor . Often came fever. That time had sense but movement of body was reduced. After given ns3 saline and resodim15 his sodium level is now 133. He has no tremor now. Only having very weakness. One year ago father faced slight ischemic stroke. This time was it stroke? He is continuing medicine aztor20, deplatt 75, nitrocontin 2.6 and other medicine. He has improved. Is any medicine or test required?
