Brain and Spine Problems

When it happen I can not see clear , mean I think I grasp like blur in mind also I need to give special attention to listen voice . When it happen I need some rest otherwise headache has start all in head. And it has not cured by antidepress medicine ...what should I do

Hi, I have constant burning pain in the lower jaw under ear and side of the neck for more than 6 months.Went to dentist, ent, GP. No proper diagnosis yet. Dentist told me to extract upper wisdom tooth,do root canal in one tooth. I did it and still the same symptoms.He want me to extract another lower molar tooth.My GP told me to check with neurologist for neuralgia before I do another tooth extraction. I saw a neurologist, he said my area of pain and symptoms doesn't comes under trigeminal neuralgia. I asked about glassopharynal neuralgia and he said he is not sure about it. He prescribed me carbamazepine tablet to see if it helps with my pain.He also ordered MRI brain with contrast to see if the nerve is ok or not.He said if mri is normal,I can look into tmjd or dental issues.He said it looks like muscular issue.My symptoms are constant burning pain in right lower jaw under ear&neck, ear blocked, ringing in ear, constant feel of something in throat,sore pain on top of head above ear.

Hi, I have a relative who is addicted to smoking and drugs, I belive he quit taking drugs from 6 months. Most of threaten his mother for money n cigarettes. He is jobless. If she denied giving money he threat kill her and any one from our family. Most of time he will in the room, don't speak to any one except to his mother that too very very rudely. Due to his irrational behaviour every one in family is upset. He is not willing for treatment or consulting. His mother some times feels to get seperated by dividing the property. Can you advise, any option medically for treatment or improvement. Can we put in rehab center? Pls suggest any rehab or ngo who can help on this in Bengaluru?

I have been experiencing radiating pain from lower back to foot in left leg while standing( but not while sleeping or sitting) I went to orthopaedic doctor he tested and said no need for MRI, gave nurokind G tablets,and rest for 3 months, He said sciatic nerve is irritated not compressed Is irritation caused by disc between vertebrae or any other reasons? He said I have no slip disc by examining So how my nerve is irritated is it by the disc or any other reasons can I came back to my normal life once pain disappears i.e bending while playing cricket,riding of bikes etc. please help me.

Getting sensation on right hand and leg . Just like no blood is flowing . I couldn't sleep yesterday .Please help.

I think my son has epilepsy as he start to swallow as his mouth is dry and brinks and the freezes and stares not for long about two minutes until we speak to him. The he has no recollection of what has happened. And wants  to sleep. Please could you advise how you can help

I am having pain in the upper portion of my right thigh for last 4-5 days. Mainly near the nerve area of thigh. Have tried massaging with pain relief oil, pain subsides for sometime. But, still the pain comes back after 3-4 hours. Please advise what to do.

Hi, I am suffering with Head ache since a long time, it gets triggered frequently took medication also for 2 months but that gives temporary relief and again starts once stop taking medicine. Pls suggest long term solution.
