Brain and Spine Problems

Hi, From last four five days I am experiencing pulsating sensation in my entire body (sometimes in hand, while the other time in leg or stomach ). I am not feeling any sort of pain or any other issue, but only pulsation. The other thing I observed is, the pulsating sensation is not related to the pulse. It is a random sensation I experience for few minutes and then it stops by its own. Is this a serious issue ? For reference:- I don't have any medical history and perfectly fit. Though I have recovered from Covid one and half month ago. My body type is neither thin nor fat, it's average. Plz suggest, if it's something serious. Thanks

My mother in law has recently started doing regular walking and today she fell down. She said that while walking, her legs picked up uncontrollable speed suddenly and she couldnt walk that fast, and then her legs stiffened up and she fell down. This happened on a flat and non-slippery normal surface and she was wearing comfortable shoes. This same thing has happened with her yesterday too and couple of times in last couple of years too. She has diabetes since 8 years but she is on self control and not taking medicines and regular fasting sugar level is 137 and post meal 173. Recently due to blood circulation issue in her feet which was causing burning and numbing sensation in fingers since 2 months, she started eating Gabapin NT 100 and Giloy juice and has been eating since 3 days. Today she went for a walk on empty stomach and had her breakfast after that and we measured her sugar right after which was 179. What could be the reason for legs moving uncontrollable while walking?

I have been suffering from back neck pain also pain has been transferred from neck to my shoulders to arm I have also having pain in my back and also having small headaches

I get involuntary muscle twitches across my body it twitches for sometime and than stops ,this is going for quite some time now ,also I get a sensation of ant moving around my body ,I want to know what to do cure this permanently and the best possible way

I was diagnosed with it 2-3 years back. I have been facing mild memory loss, fatigue and my left hand keeps shivering if I take too much stress.

My left hand index finger has got some issue and since a week it's been aching and kind of uneasy. Also the neck (towards left side) is aching.

I done mri in august month which is normal and after that i feel that my left side of head exactly on left top side above ear is bigger than right one...sholud i go for another mri??

My wife is passing through nerves pain in hand and leg. Sometimes nerves become senseless it's gives a bad pain. And time to time there is a head pain. She is unable to sleep at night and take at a day time.

Hello GM Dr. My uncle 65 age having trigeminal neuralgia since 2015. Consulted with neurologist. On medicine Tablet Mazetol 200----BD But still pain is there while talking or while washing face. So need further information. Plz advise some other medicine. Or other further investigation. Plz sir.

My mom right side parlysis after accidental brain injury. Now her hand operation not proper. How much time require to full recovery.
