Brain and Spine Problems

I get headache usually one sided, it pains near the brow above head and sides of the forehead near ears. Feel little nauseous, I use spects regularly (both eyes power 3) and pain is throbbing and can feel the heart beats. Pain gets better with good sleep.But again it reoccurs within 6 to 7 days.Please suggest

My mother was apparently alright 3months back then she developed numbness in both her legs and now she had difficulty in walking and we consulted doctors 1 week back after the MRI scan of spine she was diagnosed with benign spinal meningioma and she was suggested a surgery,what type of treatment is safe for removal of this tumor without any complication and where it is available

Cervical spondylotic internal jugular venous compression syndrome.. my brother has been diagnosed with this and he's panicking out. Doctor said not to go for surgery as of now. Hoe can this be treated, please help

My father, Karuppanan 56 years old, 13 years back when he sustained an injury after a banana tree fall on his head. Had traumatic quadriplegia Whiplash injury on December 2007. He undergone several treatments in different hospitals and he even undergone spine surgery last year (2019 Nov) - C6-C6 : Laminectomy and L4 Laminectomy and bilateral L4-L5 root decompression. Even after the surgery, the patient is still feeling heaviness on his back chest / numbness and stiffness of both upper and lower limb. He was able to walk with the help of Walker. But couldn't walk/sit continuously for more than 10-15 minutes as he is getting heaviness and hip pain. I can send all the medical records. Looking for a treatment and cure for the problem of my father.

Mild diffuse central disc bulge with minimal thecal sac indentation noted at c4-c5 and c5-c6 levels.
