My father was infected by covid and then suffered brain stroke during his recovery at the hospital. He cannot talk or eat through the mouth. Can't chew or swallow. What's the best way to improve his situation? It's been 3 months since the stroke. How to make him swallow and chew again? His latest MRI scan is attached

As such there is no medication to make him eat and talk. Only time will tell how much improvement can occur. Till then need to feed him through ryles tube.
