Sugar since 15 years now a days Few tiny subacute infarcts in in right parietal and left gangliocapsular region. o Multiple chronic ischemic foci in the bilateral fronto-parietal regions as hyperintense on T2/Flair sequences, not showing restriction on DWI, consistent with chronic small vessel ischemic disease. o Diffuse cerebral and cerebellar atrophy.
