Multiple blood clots in the brain or brain hemorrhage or bleeding in the brain can be due to many reasons. At this age it could be due to high blood pressures or rupture of some abnormally developed blood vessel. If the bleeding is small in size, it can be managed with Medicines only. If the bleeding is large then a surgery is required to remove the clot and reduce the pressure. Treatment is given for a few days and if the condition is improving treatment can be continued.
