hi Hi. yes, there is damage to the left side of brain due to a small blood clot causing acute ischemic stroke with weakness of right half of face. Patient will require treatment with anti platelets (blood thinners) and statin (for high cholesterol). He must be evaluated for risk factors of stroke and treat them accordingly. He may require physiotherapy depending on the severity of weakness.
