Brain and Spine Problems

Hello doc, One year back I got severe headache and neck pain 2 years back I consulted neurologist and used the prescription and relieved. Recently again mild headache is started. Sometimes left side head to neck and sometimes from right side to neck. Its intensity increasing with sunrise and decreasing with sunset. What's my problem..? And also suggest me the solution

I have frequent headaches but they become worse while lying down...they are better when I stand up.,what may be the reason

I want to ask a neurologist. I hv momentary giddiness. It comes and goes. I don't hv vertigo. I neither faint or fall. My vitamin d and b12 is low. And I hv high anxiety and stress issues. I took petril for7 days and then stopped. Can it be because of stress or medication side effects

I am having a pain over my left side neck hand and ribs for 3 months ecg echo normal no cardio problems no gastric too so i got a mri is this okay?please drop out some comments whether i should consult a neurologist

I was diagnosed with iih with a opening pressure of 450mm and also i am a patient of sarcoidosis from 2 years. I took eye check up but it came normal and mri showed empty sella. So currently i am on diamox 1250mg and topaz 50mg but still i feel heaviness in head and pain in ears and head. So i took mri and below are the findings, please suggest should i go for shunt ?                                                   Bilateral optic nerve sheaths are distended. The optic nerves are tortuous in course in the intraorbital segment of the optic nerves. No abnormal enhancement seen. Focal flattening of the posterior aspect of the globes is noted at the site of optic nerve head insertion

I have been detected dilated retro cerebral csf causing effacement of torcula measuring 44x28x21mm. This got revealed after I did CT scan for neck and head. CT neck detected straightening of cervical lordosis. MRI head confirmed arachnoid cyst.. I don't have symptoms however at times I feel some pain on right or left side of head but it lasts for few minutes. Pls suggest if surgery is required.

Hi I get momentary imbalance. It's not dizziness. I doing faint or fall. It just comes n goes. My head does not spin or the room does not spin. I got my inner ear checked and it's not vertigo . I live in lot of stress and anxiety. Just want to know the reason

Hi I feel a momentary imbalance in my head. However I do not have the feeling of fainting or falling down. It just comes and goes. It does not affect my work. I have anxiety and stress Please let me know why it happens
