Brain and Spine Problems

Patient suffering from giddiness, When posture changes from laying down to getting up. Sitting to standing for 3 secs

2 month before there is allergy reaction and fever with sudden drop in bp but after allergy treatment bp becomes normal but still I am feeling diziness evrytime and very careful need to look everything.My head ct scan is normal doctor gave me vertine but there is not any improvement.what need to do now.

I'm having muscle imbalance in my chest My right chest is well developed And left chest is not developed Furthermore, For curing this i tried gym but got no benefits Kindly suggest what should i do?
