Brain and Spine Problems

Hi, My mother had a operation where she had hysterectomy for fibroids .After that the biopsy report had grade 1 cancer in the endometrial cells.The oncologist suggested that for proper staging the ovaries and lymphnodes be removed.However,after the operation she has shown completely different behavioural symptoms like eating everything by stuffing altogether ,difficulty in understanding words ,talking difficulties and constant sounds from the mouth involuntarily.We had been consulting a psychiatrist since 1 yr but to no vain.They suggested an MRI scan ,focal gliosis and age related degenerative atropy was detected .Can you please suggest what can be the remedy for this abnormal behaviour or will it be permanent or any more complications of this ?

My Father Akhilendra Singh Age 54 Having Diabetes and Hypertension both.! From last 6 months he is suffering from the problem of Sudden syncope without any prior Warning before.! He just use to fall down where ever he use to be...We consulted a Cardiologist we thought it might be a problem related to heart but all the report including ANGIOGRAPHY , UCO and HALTER everthing came normal..! Then we consulted to A Neurologist and we got out MRI and EEG done and the EEG REPORTS are Normal but MRI says "-DILATATION OF BILATERAL LATERAL VENTRICLES IS SEEN DISPROPORTIONATE TO SULCAL PROMINENCE - FEW FOCI OF T2/FLAIR HYPERINTENSITY ARE SEEN IN THE LEFT SIDED PRECENTRICULAR WHITE MATTER;s/o chronic microangiopathic changes " Its very serious Plz someone Answer.! I really need your help..!

My nephew sometimes while playing or doing something else loses control. His eyes suddenly go up (aankhein chadna) and whatever he is doing continues wihout thinking for 4-5 min. If he is lightning matchstick, he forgots to put it down and burn his own finger and don't even realise it. Same thing happens if he walking, sharpening pencil or writing (start drawing random stuff instead of writing words). He has never had any problem before and this started 6-7 months back. Earlier these episodes used to last for 1-2 minutes but now he remains in this state for 5-7 minutes. Please help.

Can undiagnosed meningiitis cause prologed low grade fever(that doesnt come on thermometer but i feel feverish, with eye redness and headache) for *more than 6 months* ?

I am having severe headache right side of my head, and my right eyebrow ,my right ear and neck is also disturbing. I took paracetamol however there is no result. Why is this happening what can be practiced at home during this pandemic any medication or home remedies please suggest.

I have got tested for vitamin b12 and vitamins  d3 in report it is 150.5 and 23.16 respectively .I am suffering from burning sensation and pain  in feet and sometimes in ankle and knee . I am taking neurobion forte and gabapin nt 100 from 6 days but no improvement .
