I have some nerve problem in my hand it gets sweeled in winter and and even when i lift my heavy luggages...it pains too much that i cant even move my hand and it happens in both the hands

I have diagnosed l5 s1 disc bulge on Monday .. I have got leg  pain from last Friday..doctor advised me to go for surgery. I am going to physiotherapy from 3 days. Not suggested by doc. Directly he asked me to do surgery.i am using pain relief medicines.I am very much relieved from pain.does it mean that the physiotherapy is working. I will go to physiotherapy. Still 13 days sessions are pending. Suggest me whether surgery is necessary as the pain is getting relieved slowly

My father is suffering from vertigo accompanied by severe vomiting and heaviness in head over the last 02 years. First, the doctors were think it to be Miniere's disease but later on told him to get an MRI Brain done with DWI along with the imaging of temporal lobe and CP angle . I am attaching the report of the MRI Brain for your perusal please. I want to know that the symptoms  with which my father is suffering from is due to any neurological disease and has it been marked in this MRI ? Pls help.

He is a stroke patient who had a right brain stroke 3 years ago. He is not having any solid food since a week. He says he has a feeling of pulling backwards towards his head all the time. He says if he eats he faces very much difficulty so he has completely avoided food. He drinks only juices and water. He is facing digestion problem. He needs a help for relieving from his head pain.
