I m having heachache since last 7 months nd chest pain and breathlessness i m not having any kind of gastric problem i m having a proper balanced diet than also this problem is there

Hi my body muscles flicker sometimes like arms legs back thigh muscles sometimes forhead muscles also. I had dengue 3 months back since then I feel Heaviness feel like it's vibrating and when I walk I feel like I will fall something is shaking. When I wake up from sleep I feel little relax but by the end of the day I feel tightness and vibration kind of things in my head and sometimes I feel my body nerves are shaking and flickering. I am taking lonazep.25. I have gastric problem also

Hi. since 1 year i have noticed i starts staring in space without blinking my eyes even the thing i am staring at blurs i cannot tell what i am staring at , its like concentratingon something. but i can listen to everything if someone is talking to me i undertsands its every bit. I know whats happening around me. its just i can't stop staring i have to control myself then its like i broke my concentration or something n then its completely normal. no pre or post signs or symptoms. Its just staring. pls tell me whats this about? help me.
