Headache - Anxiety or something else?
Hi I am taking anxiety medicine Prothiaden 25mg (as prescribed by doctor) for occipital headache (right side) from 1 month. With the medication, I was feeling better from the last 10 days but from 2 days, again getting head pain now on both sides on back of head, neck and also on side of head and above eyebrow. Does it seem common with anxiety headaches or should I go for further diagnosis? Other symptoms - chest discomfort sometimes. The headache initially started around 3-4 months back and was on a daily basis. I have never had any history of headaches before that.

As you have responded to medication, I think you will do well with it. Consult your doctor again as you may need to increase the dose.
