Brain and Spine Problems

Brain hemmorage has occur and patient has gone through a surgey on 9th oct 2020 . Due to fever he to lethargic next day again shifted to ventilator on 13/10/20 ventilator is removed patient consciousness level is normal he able to move his all the limbs, understand all the things but can't speak. Second problem is if anything is given orally the coughing reflex arises,   The drugs are:- meropenem Paracetamol Levofloxcin Cort-s Clonidine tab. Telmisartan tab. Acetylcysteine injection From 18/10/20 Vancomycin is started and meropenem is stopped. Also ceftazidime . Started Now the patient status is Approximately fully conscious can understand everything perform movements of limbs. Speak very little words are not clear enough fever approx 100 degree Fahrenheit. All the reports are normal like CBC, RFT, LFT, ABG Etc. Question 1.) Is the line of treatment is correct and plzz tell is reason of repeated fever...ask for 48 years old patient male

I am a patient diagnosed with Peripheral Neuropathy for the last 10 years. I have been taking Pregabalin tablets once daily. There is no deterioration. There is no improvement either. Will injections be helpful ?

Hi I am 63 years old male. I have serious bitter taste in my mouth since last 2 year. All types of tests have done including endoscopy and all reports are normal. Consulted with  specialty like GP, dental, gastro, ENT, Homeopathy but enable to find cause and no treatment is working. Now i feel some burning sensation also along with bitter taste Is it a  neuro problem? What could be the reason for this?

Both my armpits atimes have burning sensation even though I have trimmed in recent past , I did visit a skin specialist he said not to worry it's infection but it hasn't reduced what can be done. Also have pain between right knee and toe when I press it I feel like I m pressing a nerve which s soft kind of thing what can be the reason

As per MRI Atrophy is seen on the both sides of the brain, and due to which unable to move freely (Movement Disorder). Due to the medicine condition was close to cured( wasn't experiencing symptoms) but from past few days experiencing same Movement disorder again. Please let me know if we should connect over audio or video to explain my situation further.

Hi, I feel random of headaches. Earlier it used to happen during weekends and I thought it is because I take my meals a little late and due to it there is some gas problem. But I have fixed that but I still get headaches randomly. Pain I feel during headaches is on the sides of my head, usually it's on any of the one side but sometimes on both of the sides. Could there be any reason for it.

Hi I am feeling dizzinesss always and my energy body is very low .Couldn't able to do any work because of dizlleness and low energy in body.

Have long hair and have been getting long duration headaches after a head wash. Pain is in the bottom two protruding bones of the head. It goes away only with sleep. Please suggest next steps.
