Brain and Spine Problems

Hello, my body temperature is always ranges between 94-95. which is much bellow the normal 98.6. is it ok to have such temperature or is there any underlying problem. I feel extremely ice cold during rainy & winter season. Specially in my feet & legs. & If there is a problem which specialist doctor should I consult neurologist or general physician.

Hi, I'm 31 years old and I have trouble sleeping since past three months, I'm tracking my sleep using band and I notice my deep sleep is only between 30 min to 40min and I sleep around 5 to 6 hrs every day. I started meditation and exercise and trying to go bed at same time everyday but still it is not helping,I feel tired in the morning after sleeping 6 hrs also Please suggest how can I improve my Deep sleep time and quality of sleep

Hello. The day before yesterday while cleaning the house small wooden object fell on the head. Till yesterday night no pain was there.. From yesterday night the spot is paining a lot. Pls advice me what to do.

From past few days I have been experiencing pain at the back of my head. Sometimes even sleep doesn't help reduce the pain. What could be the reason?

Brain hemarrage occurred 2 yrs back, hospitalized and cured. Since then taking Atorva 20 as advised by Hospital cardiologist. Should it  be continued further or can be stopped ? Now the health condition has no issue.

I had previously the problem of constant prolonged headache which started in winter 4 years ago.. Then i got some medication and my headache reduced to around 30% in march 2020. But as again winter started in November. The headaches never seems to stop and it's main intensity is at the top of the head. Not able to do anything please help..

My father recently had craniotomy about 1 week ago, but now he has seizure & doctor suggest tracheostomy... So is it safe for patients?? Would patient be safe after surgery?? I mean no complications?? Also he is ckd patient =esrd patient so is it safe for esrd patient???
