Brain and Spine Problems

Why did I feel heavy headed when I wake up in morning . When I sleep in afternoon then my head pain decreases . I have balance problem before . When I start walking then I feel balance problem or when I was standing I feel balance problem .My balance problem has gown but fore head pain and heavy head While waking up and pain in fore head is not going . I have consulted neurologist through practo . I have taken his medicine 2 months I feel my balance problem has gown but heavy head and fore head pain has not gown .  He said that you have to see the nearest neurologist . Due to covid I not able to go any clinic . Please suggest what should I do so that It will go permanently . He prescribed me Amitriptyline 10 mg tablets for 15 days But this medicine does not work and my forehead pain does not go permanently . Please suggest what should I do .

I am suffering from Headache from last an year but irregularly...also feel hand Tremors not that much... having Nodular Goitre too...all tests are normal...I am not understanding why Headache..that too regular from 3-4 days... what are the causes for my headache..

My niece is 5 years old. She has done MRI for Brain, because some days earlier she felt Dizziness and fall down on the floor. Last 2months she felt 2times dizziness. MRI report impression - MR scan of brain shows features suggestive of tiny gliotic foci in bilateral subcortical and periventricular white matter. This medical terminology I can't understand. Please let me clear this meaning. We are very worry about this.

In around 10-15 days usually I get severe headache. I am on medication for high bp also when pain starts I usually take naxdom 250. But is their a way to stop this cyclic pain.

Suffering from cervical dystonia for 4 months where my neck is tilted towards right side. Unable to see straight and work. sometimes it tilt to such extent that unable to eat or drink properly.  Many times has to hold my neck with hand. Too much strain is resulting in pain. As I went to nearby neurologist he told same cannot be cured and gave medicine - parkin 2 mg, baclofen, revocon 25 to control. Took medicine for 2 month but no improvement. He suggested on botolinium injection but told it will be effective for only 3 months and has more side effects so want to avoid same. Is there any alternative solution or how to overcome this

It has been 2 years i have been noticing a fluid coming from right nostril everytime afyer doing any physical activity or i bend forward. After a search i got to know about Nasal CSF leak. I am a bit afraid now. How can i go with it. Should i see an ENT specialist or Neurologist. What test can be done? Can it be fixed with medications or need a surgery?

I had a high blood pressure stroke and my right face and hand became numb. My family doctor recommended pills on blood pressure. However the numbness still persists. Please advise. Thanks.

I have headache issue since a few days. My headache relieves after I have adequate sleep. But increases once I start using my phone and laptop. The area affected is the entire head, from top to back of the head.

I am taking gabapin NT from past 10 days five days had once a day than doctor said twice a day... However from past 2-3 days I am having side effect like dizzness also whole body is nagging including head feeling like vomit feeling very weak. Please suggest what to do? Should I stop this and what to do with side effects.....I went to doctor for lower back pain frezziness of should and weakness in leg... please suggest
