Brain and Spine Problems

Not regular but when ever I'm suffering from  cold sometime I feel like brain fog ...Brain doesnt actively react . I cant concentrate during that time ..I feel but tense also . Sometimes even I going to feel like I'm going fall unconscious for few seconds but  after few seconds it will become normal ..May I know why it happens like that

Dear sir First delevery My sis had csection 12 days ago. While labour pains since than till now also she was feeling numbness in right leg while sleeping & sitting . Hello doctor! I m taking pregabalin M 75 once at bed time daily for my neuropathy pain near by ribs and liver area as per neurologist advise! I want to ask can i "take Himalaya liv 52" for the liver support and for appetite! Kindly advise as well as also advise is there any side effect from it! Thankyou
