Brain and Spine Problems

Myself 32 yrs ... Whenever i touch my upper and lower teeth i feel some vibration is going on in my teeths.... What could be the cause.... Any medicine for this

My right leg fingers are going tingling sensation and hands fingers while sleeping. Please let me know what may be the cause. Thanks

Poor concentration, Sleeplessness, abnormal Heartbeat, Rapid change in BP. Tired, exhausted feel, confusion, over thinking, restless mentally and physically, unsatisfied and unhappy feel. Poor performances in Work and personal life.

My father aged 76 years is suffering from Mineaers disease since last 4 years. Earlier facing frequent attack of vertigo. Presently taking Betavert OD-24, 1 tab 3 times daily and Selgin 5 mg 1 tab daily and there is no such attack since last 10 months. But today morning he faced seviour attack of vertigo with dizinness and vomitting. After taking a ONDEM injection along with PAN IV his vomiting is stopped but presently  heavy dizinness is there and can not sit or even cannot change sleep position. Please advise.

Since 3 months I am suffering with hands n feet tingling ,done with some tests - no diabetic ,B12 , hemoglobin , calcium range is good. Doing some exercises daily ,now tingling got reduced to some extent but from 10 days I am feeling hands numbness in sleep and when I woke up i feel better .Can you please suggest what is the issue here

Having forehead headache and eyes pain from last 5 days. At the morning it becomes severe. I thought it is because of glasses so I checked my eyes and had glasses with left eye -0.75 and right eye -0.25
