Back pain gap between l4 and l5
I suffered lower back pain . Few day ago I taken back massage n i also went for a long track but after few day now pain is going on continues but its light ..
Mri n ct scan also done
Dr c m sharma was my doctor now he is no more
I want to know can it possible that its heal for always .. and enjoy normal life
Right now I can do everything but its always in my mind that I have back pain problem and gap in l4 and l5 n it can become slip disk case ..
Or should I accept this n enjoy life with 50% efficiency
N is it slip disk ??
