Headache after cold liquids

Hi, I've been suffering with this headache disease since 6 years after consuming cold liquids ( mikshake, milk, lemon-water etc) Mostly I get very bad headache after consuming these in around 2 days sometimes one. Is there any treatment for this to go away? I don't want to avoid cold liquids all my life I'm so frustrated.

Cold liquids can precipitate headache in some people. Best is to avoid them. If you still want to take them , then consult a Neurologist who will examine you and advise accordingly.
