I am suffering from right side headache from last 8-9 months which is now occurring every 2-3 days which is very severe and at that time tears also come from my right eye.

Hi. If the headache is constantly on the right side and is associated with tearing, redness of right eye and nasal congestion on right side, it could be Trigeminal autonomic cephalalgia. The type of TAC can be determined based on the duration of headache. The treatment depends on the type of TAC.
