My wife sufferings headache from more then 2 years

If the headaches have been treated with medications and they still have not responded, she will need further tests and assessment. This might include c t or an mri scan of the brain. One other thing that might be important would be to get her eyes tested, just in case she needs prescription spectacles which might also be a reason for regular headaches.
