Symptoms - muscle twitching as if scalp gets tight and contracting. Some mild tingling feelings on head. Help

Try get some rest ...avoid excess mobile use esp at.night ...if sleep.is also disordered consult a pyschiatrist else go see a physician or neurologist ...some meds for few days ll help...just to rule out organic cause get a ct scan brain
