From last one month along with lower back pain, I am getting pain in legs and hands, joint pains, it's not radiating pain, constant. Even hand and legs freezes sometimes. Nerves gets pain. Recently consulted Ortho again, but no improvement. I am doing exercises since last 6 months. What could be done?

Lumbar disc disease will not be responsible for the pain in your hands and joints. Consult a Neurologist and a rheumatologist.
