I have vitamin b12 dificiency and my blood report says I have only 35pg/ml of vitamin b12 I'm taking rejunueron injection once every two days and nuerobion forte tablet for 10 days and d3 must tablet once a week I feel heavy headed sometimes and I feel like something is going on in my head and I can't bear many noices and I can't concentrate on one thing for too long why is this happening

My mother has been prescribed 1mg of Ativan every day at bedtime only for 2 months but in the second month my mother started showing benzodiazepine withdrawal syndrome. My doctor hence told to take diazepam 5mg every 4th day and gradually reduce the Ativan dose by 25% every week. Is this the correct way of tapering as benzos withdrawal are really scary so I am worried.
