Brain and Spine Problems

Hello Doctors. I'm 35 year old and on medication for epilepsy from past 4 years. I'm taking oxetol 300 in the morning and 450 in the evening. I wanted to know if I can take Levox 300 which is from Lupin since Oxetol is more than double the price.

Ex covid. Got discharged 235 days ago. From past two days I feel burning sensation in skull and very mild pain as well. Sensation is constant. can it be any serious disease?

I took my first dose of vaccine(covidshield) on sunday 16th may. I am having below side effects since 2nd of vaccine: - tingling and numbness in right hand(vaccine shot was left hand) - a weak heavy feeling in the arms which sometimes feel like right arm is lock iin place. Should i go for any medicine or test?

Numbness in right hand and swelling at below elbow and pain and swelling at neck (backside) ,headache Already I had used methylcobalamine injections for 15 days day after day. Please respond as soon as possible sir.

मेरी मां का आवाज कल दोपहर में ५-६ बार दांत लगने (बेहोश होने) के बाद से नही आ रहा। वो कोशिश कर रही है लेकिन आवाज नही आ रहा।

My father has cyst in brain and parkinson from from 2003 , last check up done was on 2017 , should i give him covisheild vaccine. Is it is safe considering ongoing health issue.

Sir i have been facing this problem since past 1 year I consulted an neuro physician and orthopedic too. Physician suggested me Bio D3 Max, sanvicobal, myospas, I got relief from the pain after a month  . After a few months ,again I got the pain, I took the same  medication . It went on happening 5 to 6 times and I followed the same. But now during this pandemic, the problem got much more severe, now  the pain only goes when I take medicines for that day itself, and it comes again. I cannot even move my leg a bit. If I do I could not bear the pain.

Hi doctor, I have been experiencing muscle twitching all over my body since a month. It started with feet but now it occurs just anywhere in the body. I took calcium and D3 supplements but it was of very little use. There is no weakness or restricted movement as of now but this twitching is really bothersome. Can anyone tell what could be the possible cause of it and what could be done?

4 -5 days before I feel some sharp pain in my left side of forehead for 2-3  seconds which comes and go 2 3 times in a day for 3 days after that I don't know coz of this may be I feel some tightness in left side of my forehead, may be because I am noticing too much. I am confused about it please help me to find out what should I do, should I visit the doctor or it just because of I am too much thinking about it.

Vitamin B-12 -  220pg/ml Numbness & tingling sensation in hand & feet, balance problem, anxiety sometimes. Please suggest some medicines.
