Brain and Spine Problems

I dont get sleep till 3am.everyday same issue. I work on laptop whole day. Afternoon I don't sleep. Still I have issue with sleep.

Suddenly pain started in left hand. Took some medicines and it was gone. But again resurfaced after 7 days. Pain starts near the arm and continues till the forearm and hand. Part of the arm and forearm is also a bit swollen along with fingers.

Hello doctors.. My prolactin is 63 n my periods are irregular as i am taking now cabergoline but my prolactin is still high. I had my surgery its has been almost 5yrs but my prolactin is not coming in normal range please tell me any suggestions. Any other herbal medicine that i can take to lower down my high prolactin level and can that my periods will be regular

Many times I loose mental energy and feel exhausted..but then I take little salt and green chilli I feel energetic mentally..what tests should I do or what may be reason?

Hello , I am having sharp tingling pain in the right leg which rolls through the entire leg for around 10- 15 secs leaving the leg motionless with acute pain . Also , it is very frequent in nature. While standing , while walking when it occur , not able to balance the leg and also not able to put the leg on floor. Further , there is numbness in the fingers and hand while working or while sleeping .

I have this sudden episodes of vertigo or spinning sensation that lasts for a few seconds. It happens sometimes once in four months or sometimes thrice in a year. I also have occasional headaches.

I have headache in front portion of my head including my eyes and neck.My eyes feel heavy and painful in lifting it up in sunlight.I used to take naxidom 500 in sos as I was diagnosed with migraine in 2015. I went for eye check up too and power has decreased. At present I am breastfeeding my one month child so is it safe to take naxidom sos?Or any other safe medication.please help.I am even unable to sleep at night.Pain in eyes and heaviness in head is continuous since one month.

Sir my mother has diagnosed with left median and motor neuropathy, she feels numbness and weakness in hand, also she has cervical spondylosis, from some days she feel pain in knee, her back neck, whole body pain, i have given everything like pregabalin, nortriptyline, methycobalamin nothing works, only wysolone 10 Mg if she have she feels good whole day if one day she not haves  it she feels again pain in every area, also hands and feets start swells. Pls suggest what to do I know wysolone is very harmful but without it she can't even do anything. Pls suggest me age 55 no sugar and bp

I had this problem when i was 12 and get operated for this and shunt installed . It's been more than 17 years now, shunt is working fine.last check up was in 2018 But now Im experiencing something weired , Im getting weired nightmare in a regular intervals. Due to these nightmare i'm experience head ace and in sleep I'm feeling fast vibration in my head as well I don't know either this is a neuro issue. But as i had neuro history i posted it here.

Recent episode of epilepsy on 20th May and was for 3 times. Can I take covid vaccination on 2nd June.
