I've been experiencing hands ,body and vocal tremors from past 4-5 years and it increases when I'm nervous.Is this treatable ?

There are 2 moving lumps in left and right side of my head ...not painful not disturbing also but getting just worried ...when pressed or touched they move...last month had neck and shoulder pain did x ray for that ... report was normal
