Brain and Spine Problems

I was covid +ve and tested negative on 30.04.21. I have mild to severe leg pain since 20 days. I went for USG test of both my lower limb whose report is attached here. Kindly tell is every thing is ok or not?

My mother (age 60) suffering from head tingling on both sides since 6 months...she is BP and diabetic patient...diabetis was diagnosed recently 2 months back...our family physian has prescribed her NAPRA D 250 tablet for 5 days for head tingling...the problem is during tablet course she didn't experienced any head tingling but now after course finished she again suffering sometime in day with head tingling and heaviness in head...experts in this area can you please suggest what treatment needs yo be taken for this? Hi Doctor, I am facing the headache from last one month along with weakness. I did NCCT head and it came normal. I did all blood test and it came normal. I did ESR tested and it is showing 30 earlier it was 43. I have visited 3 doctors and they are saying you are getting headache because of stress. My headache varies the location like sometime it is around the eyes, sometime on the forehead and sometime back of the head. I am not able to concentrate on my work because of this. I fell that I am not taking any stress but still headache is there along with weakness. Can you please suggest what should i do now? What medicine or what should I do? Is this a migraine or something?

V Shaped swelling in forehead above eyebrows with pulsating pain in swelling area and side of the head above ears with discomfort in eyes. Not sure whether it is Migraine or Trigeminal or occipital Neuralgia.
