Brain and Spine Problems

Hi, due to prolonged bleeding I was advised pause 500. Today is day 2. I have migraine headaches since past 8 years. Doctor have prescribed naxdom 500mg in case of headache. Today again I have migraine attack. Can I eat naxdom tablet with pause 500? Can it have any side effects?

Hemorrhage is an acute loss of blood from a damaged blood vessel.  Can anyone please advise regarding this issue.

Hlo sir/mam , I have neck pain from 4-5 years hand pain and leg pain also wrsit pain and sometimes burning, numbness in hands and feets, headache, cracking sound from joints, hip pain right side , twitching in any part of body, eye itching, stress, weakness, but today I m feeling water sensation on hands and fingers like I have raindrops but there is no water, chest pain , right stomach pain, please tell me the cause and treatment of my disease or this is serious problem I have checked up full body but reports are normal xray is also normal I m very worried please help me

My mom is currently tapering ativan benzodiazepine but she is unable to sleep. Fearful of habit forming potential of other benzodiazepines she wants to try ayurvedic or homeopathic remedies like jatamansi, valerian root, sarpgandha etc. My question is how much time apart should she take ayurvedic remedies and benzodiazepines to prevent any unnecessary interactions.

Left head is throbbing with mild to severe pain daily morning and I haven't treated it for 4 years thinking it was just a regular headache. I feel my nerve pulsating inside my head and also I think it may be related to sinus migraines because my left nose sometimes blocks when this head throbbing occurs.

Sir, my dad fell from bike and hit his right hand side body at road. He has unity on head which caused blood coming out of ear. I have got CT scan Head and CT scan Chest done. Please review attached reports and suggest whether we need to admit him to hospital or not? Or he can take medicine and recover at home. Due to covid we are hesitant to admit him in hospital.
