Brain and Spine Problems

4,5 days he is completely fine... within last 4 days, he became mentally ill. Unable to recognise family and responding very slow. He using medication for heat surgery and went to lot of stress due covid restrictions .

Forehead and Headache, face swelling,one side leg and hand weakness he used oxetol 300mg,Telmikind 40mg

During lying down or sometimes on sitting feels discomfort(light pain ,small headache on fore head, nausea) from upper part of neck to back side of head, while sleeping if i am putting my hand on back side of head due to that pressure getting headcahe on front side and pain on that place and meanwhile my eyes and ears gets hurts ..please suggest to come out from this i am suffering from 6months and i am sharing the MRI spine and CT brain done by 3months back.
