Hi doctor b12 was low 178 after completion of injection 1500 now with in a month. But still having burning sensation of foot ,hand & legs r become week not able to sit few hours. When it will go, pls

Have continuous head ache lately also sometimes the head feels numb.Tried to consult a neurologist but the medicine din work.Kindly reply

I have my university exam in a month,can I take any medicine to enhance memory and attention. I've heart about catecholamines but is it safe to take these drugs ?

Having Tinkling Facial Pain on right cheek area that goes upto eyes and forehead and also sometimes goes on to left cheek area. Was vaccinated for 1st jab of covishield on 19th May and this pain started on 23rd May. Also having a mild low grade fever between 99-100. I have been taking augmentin 625 (5 days 1 tablet daily) and paracetamol (SoS) but no respite...Please advise.

I am facing headache from last 5-6 days. After taking hifenac p the headache was reduced. But again it's paining in right side of the head and my right eye is also heavy. I am also having numbness and swelling in right side of the face. The swelling is from nasal bone to eye socket. What can be the problem
