Hi! I had a cramp in my lower back 2 weeks ago. After 2 days, I developed a swelling on back of my neck. And since then I have constant neck pain and headache. For last week, it has got worse. I consulted a general physician as well as a neurologist, they say it's a neck spasm. Please suggest, whether should I get an MRI done?

My wife has seizure problem brlefore marriage. taking seizure medicine without any gap. valtec cr 750 levepsy 750 cloba 10 mg. now from last 10-12 days her behaviour changes she become very aggresive for herself and other also. everything is abnormal like normally she easts 4-5 roti and some vegitable now she started eating withoit limit 10-15 roti now the situation ia thia that we are not giving her more because there is gas cloting and constipation problem. we are pire veg and she asking for non veg like chiken..pork.. and other. she asling for alcohal. and her behaviour is like there is any other personality speaking on everything . we have a daught age 2.5 3-5 days before she try to tie her neck. we save the daughter. over all she is not on her sens. yesterday we consult with doctor with some of her video dr change the medicine he added 2 othet medicine in place of leveply750 Qutan 50 and oxital 450 after takig thus medicine she is not acting much however she is sleeping ..plz hlp

As doctor prescribed medicines..she is taking for more than 5 months....even though no improvement... she is not getting any relief or recover...if she dropped to take medicines.. Again pain starts like initial stage.. I attached scanned part of cervical region.. Even physiotherapy also did No improvement...at all sir/madam.. Thank you
