Brain and Spine Problems

I am facing tiredness over eyes and dizziness. I am also facing headache and fatigue on hands and legs. It's been a month. I have checked with 3 doctors and they said it could be because of stress. I am worried taking migraine or anti dipression tablet. Please guide. Attaching the doctor letter.

Hello, I have had episodes of pain in feet soles like needles and pin on the left leg and followed by a headache and once headache reduces, I feel ok. But this happens once in a year and sometimes it causes left and right vision loss  for 10secs and everything feels fine after that with slight headache. Can you please help! How should I consult. I get scared when I get these episodes.

Its been a month i am having back pain , leg pain and mild fever...the pain is very much similar to periods cramps bt it's continuously there from a month its not at all reducing...it pains a lot..my back feels more warm compared to other body parts..
