Brain and Spine Problems

Please suggest the report results , i have  brain fog sometimes,back head pain , while walking feels like off balace or sudden movement of head causes dizzy and eye movement is difficult.

My mother had migrain problem for years and it stopped for some years and now after vaccination it started again thats what i am assuming. It is possible ? What are best possible way to get it treated?

Head feels dizzy and not able to concentrate and my left hand and left leg feels numb during night sleep and body as a whole feels heavy along with head when I wake up due to tingling in fingers and legs. I got my leg nerve checked too using nerve conduction test but everything is fine. Sometimes I have nose bleeds at night with heavy head and numbness in legs and hands. But no diagnosis yet.

I am really worried of my mom health nowadays. She is having Migrane since years maybe like 15 + or more. Nowadays she remain very irritative having lots tension. The thing I am worried about is she started forgetting things. Latest instance is she told me she gave me keys of two wheeler when I needed to go for market but in real she never handed me any such keys. She argued with confidence. Now when I got the keys from another person saying I never gave this keys to your mother I imagined it's getting worse. This is not one or first. There are 1000's of such instances. The most common is she always forgot things like where she kept my book or earphones. It's not normal. One or two things can be forgotten but it's repeatedly happening. Please guide!

I am feeling pressure in my left scalp(centre side from up to low) since 1 month. I use too much phone and laptop. The location of pain is shown in the picture attached. A bit backwards from the picture is the pressure

I am feeling intense pressure on my left side of scalp all the time since 15-20 days. There is a bit pain also sometimes for 4-5 seconds and then goes away. There is no other symptom except that i see hazy from left eye(I wear spectacles).

I had taken Covishield vaccine 19 days ago...I have been feeling a tingling sensation sometimes and weakness in right legs... Sometimes for a second I feel like a sensation in some other parts of body like chest, arms, neck.... I have been taking Neuurobion Forte.. should I worry about it? Will it resolve through the medicine? What do I need to do?

Hi, I took 2 cycles of chemotherapy for adenocarcinoma lung. First time my left hand veins got swollen. Next time right hand. I see both hands are swollen. Doctor advised to keep icepack and Thrombophomb gel to apply. I am doing daily 2 to 3 times. I am not seeing any improvement. I am scared now that my next chemo cycle is nearing and I don't have both hands ready for iv. Is there any other quick healing solution for this. Thanks in advance.
