Brain and Spine Problems

Hello doctor l am 17 years old and I am facing the problem from 6-7 month. I don't enjoy doing the things which I used to do before. This problem has been increasing day by day. I only like to sit down and scroll my phone and I feel lethargic and sleepy all the time. I sleep for 9-10 hours daily. I don't do the things that I know is important. My work efficiency has been declining at a high rate. I can't do much work. Earlier I could study even for 11-12 hours daily but now a days I hardly study for 2-3 hours. Whenever I go to sleep I plan for the next day I start talking to myself. Mostly whenever I am not doing anything, I talk to myself. Maybe due to this I have started forgetting the things that happened just now or I have studied just now. This started suddenly when a very unfavorable thing happened . After scoring good marks in 10 I was supposed to prepare for IIT and Go to a coaching but due to lockdown everything was ruined. I was stressed about my future. please help me

I have right arm pain from almost 2 months now,the pain radiated to neck,shoulder also post I got diagnosed with covid.Before covid it was only arm pain,muscle relaxants like Tolperitas,Maxmala and Nervijen are not helping.Also I have these weird spasm like sensations in my right thigh and leg.Only right thigh.All Nct,autoimmune,Mri cervical neck with spine screen is normal.What would be the possible cause.My left side is not paining.Its predominantly right side.No fatigue,headache,sleep issues are present.

I have chronic migraine headache (location: Forehead) since last 15 years. Is there any surgery available for this. As per Ayurvedic doctor, hyperacidity causes migraine in my case.

Whome to consult ? My father is suffering from parkinson disease from last 27 years and is under medication . From last few years we have not consulted any doctor and continued the medication prescribed by AIIMS delhi , now we wish to consult a doctor , so whom should we consult a neurologist or a neurosurgeon ? We belong to lucknow .

Sir my mother is suffering from the symtom of pralysis and she is not able to talk louder . Why this all thing is happening and now what I do ..the operation is held from DELHI AIIMS.

Hello i have migraine and anxiety symptoms as described by my current doctor. I used to have pain in the right side of my head.. Pins and needles in my hand and feet The doctors initially prescribed me amitop 25mg and  etilaam 0.25 mg Now I am taking amitop 10 mg , L theanine and migradon 10 mg but i still sometimes feel pain in the right side.. What should I do?

Pain in back neck, took zerodol mr..got relaxed for 1 or 2 days ...again feels pain ..what may be the cause and what needs to be done ..pls guide

Sir, My father had brain stroke in 2015,due to that blood clot formed in his brain. We admitted him to the Hospital within 4 hours. There he was in icu for 10 days, then his right side of the body got paralyzed. Now he is taking only normal medicine for BP and Sugar. Is there any treatment for the paralysis..??

I get pain of I try bending my fingers at times and big toe pain if I move it up and down.all these days I had only on thumbs but I see pain now in other fingers.at times it pains at time it doesn't.no swelling no redness nothing. What can be the reason ? At times it pains in these two fingers if I bend it and also in the big toe if I move it

Some days ago i have headache that behind the left eye and radiates to back and it affected whole left part of the body. Initially orthopaedic suggested that i have disc bulge and i am taking nortipan m. I have been taking it from 13 days. Now my right hand also paining burning sensation in the front of fingers and right hand whole also. Sometime i feel pain the fingers also.should i check for rheumatoid arthritis.my sugar level is 84 in fasting state. Also my esr is high 47. What to do? I feel less strenght in hands now
