Brain and Spine Problems

My father have difficulty in swallowing Food, little tongue on left side, drooling slaiva since 1 month, firstly I went to ent, doctor did endoscopy and CT of neck, doctor said everything is alright,and give medicines but no improvement after that I go to neurologist he said lower carnial nerve palsy problem and advice me to MRI,I attached both MRI and CT scan, plzzzz tell me the chances of recovery and treatment s , plzzzz I'm so worried.. doctor gave me medicine for 5 days and said if there is no improvement with these medicines than you have to admit your father..my father don't want to admitted..what I do is there any other solutions or what plzzzz tell me the full procedures and treatment plzzzz.. it's my humble request 🙏🙏

Like low BP, I had a unconscious problem in history like blackout at suddenly and i had took some medicines in the past,Phenytoin Eptoin 100mg 120 tablets but not now,and also had a spinal cord injury, had back pain at some times, For unconscious problem i had taken Brain MRI and EEG, because of lockdown i can't able to meet my doctor..He is not available., I just want to know is there any problem in my report or not..,These two things will affect getting vaccination..? This is my doubt.. Thank you..

I have a 6 months baby and I'm a breastfeeding mother. Can i use Hifenac p tablet, does it have any effect on baby. This tablet i was prescribed as sos for severe neck pain in the past. Can i take it now as a breastfeeding mother.

I have this feeling of little  numbness of the left side of the left hand and leg from last 2 days. I have been sleeping on the left side due to tooth ache on the right side. And i have been acid reflux issue fir which I am taking medicine. What could be reason for this numbness feeling?

I eyes get itchy if I sleep less than 7 hours at Night  Not only itchy but my eyes also feels heavy and because of that I am not able to sleep again and my whole day is ruined . Problems in eyes: Itchy , feeling heavy in eyes and my problem get even worse when my eyes face bright lights & hot weather. Problem in Brain/Head : I also feel a mild sort of pain at the back of my head. So this problem has been persisting since 3 years . I have been ignoring the problem thinking that it will get better but even if I sleep less for even 1 day I feel the same problem.

My father was suffering from high  fever and he has taken antibiotic injection & tablet and fever injection & tablet. And covid report also antigen and rtpcr  negative. After he recovered from the fever his body language has changed and simply he telling I am seeing the person , am seeing that picture ,some body is moving in front of me and some body fighting Please advise

I sleep a lot. I sleep almost 10 hrs in 24 hrs or even more. Is it true that if we sleep more our brain cells tend to die and it affects our memory?
