Brain and Spine Problems

I have been experiencing a kind of headache in which i feel like something is pressing my head from both the sides and i feel a big pressure and vibration kind of pain on the forhead from the time I wake and and till the time i go to sleep. Started 13th june and i have the same pain or ache since then everyday. Don't know what exactly it is and if I need to go for an immediate checkup. Please guide something.

I have been facing headache problem since 2 year it has been on and off sometimes it lasts days then suddenly nothing ...been through an mri and ct scan a year ago ...should i went for another one mri...at present other symtopms are neck muscle spasm and acidity

Hi I have a lower back pain from past 3 years , no idea why it started, I went to orthopedic doctor and he suggested to take MRI and the report says,  "Bilateral spondylolysis with grade I anterolisthesis of L5 over S1 vertebral body.  Posterior annular tear and posterior disc herniation at this level causing significant narrowing of bilateral neural foramina and compression of bilateral exiting nerve roots(R>L)." Doctor is suggesting for surgery and I don't want to go with surgery as it is related to spine and I am hearing lot of negatives about spine surgeries Pls suggest what to do, I am 31 years old and a resident of Bangalore

Unable to lift things, I am diabetic, one month took neuro pain medicine.. No use..unable to lay on left side, do I need an X-ray. Please advise some medicine for cure and pain relief

My mother is 62 years old. She's having neuro(episodes )and hypertension problems. Do you Advice to take vaccine? If yes means which vaccine can be taken? Both vaccines are available in my area. I have attached prescription of hers. Kindly look into it and let me know.

I am a epileptic patient taking medicine for last 12years. I used to make yearly checkup by neurologist and taking drug named Encorate Chorono 200 twice daily. My last EEG done on March /21  report shows "Persistence of dysrythmia of seizure disorder". My last attack as on 2014. My question is the report shows any serious problem??? Can I take covid vaccine? Please advise.

I am suffering from migrain and I was on on homeopathic medicines but still I did not get any relief. Whenever the pain comes it is very severe covering head neck and back and everytime I had to take a painkiller like saridon or dis prin. So I wanted to know to if there is any safe medicine for it or any other thing which I can do.

Yesterday mrng when she wake up n went to washroom she felt totally darkness in front of her eyes and she started crying n sit down by holding door... When I saw I gave her half glass water She was speaking with me but was unable to see me... After one minute she was able to see me n was normal after 10minuts (She got vaccine of COVID before one day and was suffering from fever too) Same thing happened three month before as in Fab. Yesterday got all test of blood n urine sugar which were normal Doctor said that there is nothing to worry it happens But m worried too much about her Shud we go for MRI Or wait that if it happens again .... Please help me I have only one child

Last week she had second dose of vaccination since then she is having headaches and specially while sleeping or taking rest.
