Brain and Spine Problems

Hi doctor im 29 yrs old female, i have 3 yr old child (cesarean sec), ive had on n off attacks of backpain since 10 yrs and history of fall 10 yrs back (down the stairs).. since last few months have backpain radiating to my right leg with occasional tingling sensation on leg n buttocks.. attaching my MRI report. Is this curable? Right now im unable to sit sleep bend or take care of my baby.. will this improve.. what shall i do for this? What should i avoid to avoid worsening the condition? Should i wear belt? Thanking you in anticipation.

My mother is 53 yrs old, she is diabetic. Last year the nerve of  her back neck used to pain along with her shoulder because of which she was facing problem to move her head right and left also irritation in ear  and dizziness, for all this problem doctor suggested a medicine due  to which her problem was low down but now from few months the nerves of  her right hand from elbow to shoulder is paining and stretching badly which doesn't even allow her to move her hand. Please help. as due to covid situation we cannot visit any doctor.I request please  suggest what is to be done.

Hi doctor, I have noticed BPPV occurring twice in a year without any specific reasons. Well, I sleep late nights. I usually do some exercises which usually subsidies my BPPV without medication. So, is it okay to have this or requires medical attention. Is this treatable permanently. Is this because I have insomnia issues. Kindly advise.

My baby girl(age:2.5Yrs) has epileptic problem since 5 months of her age and she is on medication.My queries is can I feed her camel milk instead of cow milk? Is it any harm or side effects if we feed her Camel Milk ...Thanks n Regards.

My father underwent bypass surgery 2 yrs back. He is diabetic from past 10+yrs. After surgery,he is suffering with pain/needles in legs from where graft has taken. Day time he looks ok, during night his problem increases and could not sleep properly. When we checked with the surgeon, he suggested to check with neurologist to evaluate the issue. Pls tell me if this is normal problem, any special medication needed?

Hi Doctor, My head feels really heavy as soon as my day starts. Unable to walk even as it shakes my head . Unbearable pain. It's been 5 days since I'm having this. I am feeling headache in back side of head from last 4 months. it occurs just above neck and side of back head ..like some nerve is blocked. it feels like needle type. after exercise it gets cured. but after sometime it again starts . after sleeping also it gets cured . but again after waking up it starts ..sometime i feels like brain fog . means cant see clearly due to this.. my eyesight is ok . bp in range 130/80 to 140/85 . 2 months ago my headache was just after eating something even after drinking tea it starts immediately and it was in whole head. but now it occurs in back head above neck . and anytime of day... what should i do please help. lifestyle ok

I have covishield vaccine on 3rd June.I seen in.many news about blood clot side effect in this vaccine Please help me how to identified the symptoms related to covishield blood clot.
