Brain and Spine Problems

While tapering Ativan 1 mg one day I decreased dose by 25% not knowing much since not many doctors are cooperating in this. Next day I had severe anxiety and hallucinations. I reverted back to slow tapering but now I am having diarrhea. What should I do now?? Since my psychiatrist is not helping in this I'm seeking help on practo.

I have a history of Migraine. I also got recovered from covid two months ago. I am now experiencing pain on top of skull (slightly on left side). In these two months I had left eye pain in between for bout of 2-3 seconds a day for few days. But the current skull pain is different. It feels like someone hit me with a rod and the pain feels like bruise, it slightly burns a little. I have no problem in walking, or concentrating or any changes in left or right side.
