Regarding Lumbar Canal stenosis
Dear doctor My father 82 years has been diagnosed with Lumbar Canal stenosis causing numbness and tingling in feet . Kindly advice if it can be treated with physiotherapy or there is need for surgery. In case of surgery whether Laser surgery is a better option or minimum invasive surgery is better. Reports are attached. Thank you.
