Sir/ Madam, Iam experiencing mild tremors in my hand It doesn't occur with any pattern, i can see the fingers vibrate i don't have any problem holding things or anything like that, can you provide any insight on whom should i consult or what this might be

After reading the symptoms of aneurysm in google I have saw that I might have a symptom of unruptured aneurysm. I am 15 year old and doesn't have hypertension, any type of diabetes, or any other type of deseases. But get a persistent dull headache. Sometime I see double objects, in one eye I see double objects, and the right eye id used to see far objects. The left eye is completely not able to see far objects. The left eye has no double objects. So, should I Go consult a doctor for this or not? Because I am getting anxiety too. And feels weird sometimes. This starts a scare like symptom. I keep my headache under control by sleeping, focusing on another things. I read the symptoms of aneurysm in google. For this what should I eat and what exercises should I do? My family members say that I am completely safe and have nothing. U suffering illusion of deseases. I don't know what to do. So pls help. Thanks you

Hi Doctor, My brother is suffering from different kind of headache like sometime when he is on bed to sleep he feels like veins are getting push and pull. And sometimes he will get numbness at left side of his head or sometime at right side of his head. So can you tell me whats the problem is ?

My name is Pooja. I had baby boy delivery on 26 Nov 2019. My blood group is negative and baby blood group is positive. Dr gave me anti D injection also.but after delivery their is swelling on my right hand. I told my doctor..they said that it will go slowly slowly. But now it has been one and a half year,the swelling in the hand has not gone. veins of the hand are emerging out. What's the issue.. please suggest.
