Brain and Spine Problems

During night when I just start sleeping, not sure some automatic reflex action happens and my one hand or one leg jerks out. It happens so instant that I am not able to make out what has happened and why my hand/leg has jerked out. This disturbs my sleep and I wake up immediately. This is happing since last few months. I dont know how to control it. My husband noticed that this is happening multiple time during initial period of sleep. I hope I am able to explain my problem. Please let me know if this is normal? Please suggest how to control it?

May I consult a neurologist for migraine , anxiety  depression  sleeplessness and I think my left eye has sunken a bit ( opthalmologist could not help ) I think its nerves related so I am not getting which doctor to consult to .

Hi, my father is 55 years old and has unexplained abdominal pain from last 3 months. We did every test complete blood test, endoscopy, colonoscopy, ultrasound, Fibroscan but no conclusion came. He got diagonal with Diabetes and since then he is on diabetes medication. But pain remained same. Only medicine that gave a bit relief was "Corbal-G". He takes this capsule once a day at night and with this he is around 90% ok but still occasionally feels the pain. We don't know what the reason could be. Please give us some direction as what should we do and which specialist should we consult. I have attached pictures of medicine he is currently taking and his initial tests. Thank you

I am putting up this enquiry for my father, 64 yrs old. He start to experience shaky hands when he holds something for few seconds, preferable while holding glass of water or phone. He experiences slow down in movement of body. When he is sitting or sleeping, he takes lot of time to get up. Remarkable slow down in walking speed over a period of time. He took consultation earlier also but we dnt see any  improvement. We keep monitoring his BP, it remains normal. Kindly suggest what treatment is recomended for him.

Facing Daily migraine issue mostly in right hand side due to which eyes too burning even though took vasograin but no improvement

I have had 4 seizures in last 20 years, last being an year ago. I am taking medicine "DESVAL ER 500" daily one tablet.. I haven't consulted a doctor since the last seizure. I wanted to know if I can get myself vaccinated ?

Hello Dr, I m recently feeling continuous tingling and mild pressure sensations in extremeities(mainly fingers of feet n biceps) that starts early morning, today I felt some tingling in lips also. I am a healthy male with no past medical history, but on Vit12 IM injections which is prescribed by a doctor due bcoz of low vit 12 blood levels, also usually when I sit in chair without cushions it cause numbness in perineum area. Plz help.
