Brain and Spine Problems

How is cervical dystonia diagnosed? Can cervical spondylosis lead to it.. I have headache, neck pain, eye pain, upper back pain, pain in the upper chest, lower back and legs on and off which is debilitating.. my x ray report suggests early cervical spondylitis.

My dad is suffering from covid-19 from past 2 days and treatment @home isolation,past history daibeties ,Age 65 n weight approx 60 . Now as per senairo , my dad oxygen level is 99 ,bp is also normal, sugar level is 205 and having fever , no other issues at present but from morning onwards memory loss issue is on going. They are not remembering the things activities which are done from morning till now. Kindly suggest.

While sleeping at day time or at night my mind is active but I am not able to open eyes or do any movement and after few seconds after jerk movement I awake . Kindly diagnose the problem

I am 27 yrs old and I am suffering from weak memory and concentration problems. I used to be a bright students during my school and college days when I was in undergraduate course but since 2017 I am having these problems. Doctors started giving me zolpidem for insomnia because I was ill and couldn't sleep. Can zolpidem cause weak memory? Who should I consult for this memory and concentration problems? Do I need to consult a psychiatrist, neurologist or neuropsychiatrist for this problem? What is the difference between psychiatrist and neuropsychiatrist?

Pain in lower feet , less sensation in feet , muscle are being steef, no other disease except dibetic and BP.

My father was diagnosed with covid 19 in CT scan Corads 4,he was admitted to hospital as he suffered from vomitings and fatigue,he was treated with remidesver and now he got discharged and doing good. (20 days back). 10 days back when we took D-DIMER TEST the value came was 850,as doctor had given medicine for blood clots for only 5 days we have taken same ,now after 10 days when we have taken test of D-dimer the value is 2300 doctor gave few medicine but I am really concerned that will tablets be enough or do we need to take any injections,kindly inform is it possible to reduce the values using medicine,or need to get any injections kindly suggest. Ecosprin -Av75 Apixaban-5mg Zolsoma-5 ( this are the tablets given )

My father had seizures during Covid. It was on April 17th. My dad previously got this 4 years ago. And he got it 4 years after that. It is at an interval of 4 years and this happens when he is not feeling well i.e fever or really bad body pain. Both the times he got it, he had viral fever. His CT scans and EEG are normal. What can be the cause to this? We tried to take an MRI but he is claustrophobic. Please let me know as I am really worried.
