Brain and Spine Problems

My feet and palms are burning. Usually i do not feel it night that they are burning. I have fasting blood sugar 84. My cervical disc has bulged and it compress on my nerves. What is the reason behind this.is anything serious about it

Did not eat anything, not opening eyes, Is not giving any response. Cannot swallow saliva, cannot talk

She is on oxygen cylinder ,she is have more  weight ,and she don't even walk for past 10 yrs ,and she has sins and other all reports are normal she don't have covid, CT scan and CRP and all other heart reports are normal.

My father was diagnosed with Diffuse SAH last Saturday. He has undergone all the scans like CT Angio and DSA Scan ,The doctor suggested for discharge after 3days and said there are no complication and they remainded that the headache continues for 3weeks,need not to panic. My question here is what are the food intakes we need to follow..FYI He is diabetic from past 15years. It would be great if you can suggest particular chart or the food that we can follow!!!

We sleep in bed covered with mosquito net . I got up in mid night . My 4 year old son also woke up. I was getting back into the bed when in dark my son too tried coming out . I didn’t see. Our heads badly collided. Mine n my 4 year old son . I got hurt in head as my son's head is pretty hard built . It’s aching since then full night . Baby too cried becoz he too got Hurt. Put him to sleep somehow . Anything to worry ?

My Doc, recommend this med for anxiety disorder but I forgot if I have to take it with water or swallow it or put it on tongue and let it melt?? Doc is unavailable so can't reach out him.

My sister-in-law is facing this weird problem from past 20 days. Last month, she got unconscious and उनके हाथ पैर अकड़ गए थे। Body ठंडी पड़ गई थी and we had to take her to the emergency. We found that her B12 level is very low and इससे कुछ दिन पहले से ही उनकी lower back में pain होरा था। and now हर दिन उनको ये attacks आते रहते हैं। She feels very thristy during this. Also, her left feet is completely numb and has pain in her right palm. We consulted a Neuro Surgeon and a Neuro physician, but I don't know, they could not give a proper treatment.

I accidentally spilt paxil prolonged release tablets 12.5mg in half not reading that it was a prolonged release version and took only half of it will I have side effects?
