Brain and Spine Problems

Hello all, I'm having pulsatile tinnitus for the past two years. I have taken MRI scan which came out clear, second opinion from a neurosurgeon suggested that I may have venous sinus stenosis and told me to take MRV scan. In addition to these, I have Vitamin D deficiency and high cholesterol (on statin). With all these condition, is it safe to take covishield vaccine? I know it might sound silly, but having read the blood clots issues of AstraZeneca covishield, it makes me a little scary for vaccine since I may have stenosis.

I have very hard pain while I am sleeping in the night my back head is very painful so I am looking for a treatment. With neurologist

I have pain in left side of the headache since a month when I wake up, it subsides after some time but off and on I experience it. This pain goes on to left side of the body sometimes  till left wrist. I have history of migraine. Since last year I am diagnosed with tinnitus in my left ear.

Hi, My sister is getting sudden electric shock feeling in one of her legs. She sits all day for work as is a software engineer. This is happening since work from home has started. She was fine before. Please suggest remedy. Thanks

Hi Doc, I tested positive on 25th April, fever prolonged for 15days. My hrct score was 8/25. Took various antibiotics including Azithromycin, Doxy, Augmantin Duo and medrol(steriod) 32mg/day for 5 days. I tested negative on 7th May and after that I have persistent headache round the clock from last 15 days. The headache severity is mild to moderate and keeps rotating in head. Do I need to do some test, do I need to worry or suggest next course of action.

Pulsating Pain on left side of head for the last 3 days. Minor constipation for the last 5-6 days. Taking BP medicine. Pain in lower frontal teeth on right side. Diagnosed with grade 2 fatty lever couple of years back.

Feeling dizziness ... can you suggest the suitable tablets ... right im feeding my Baby. Please advise

Hi doctors, My mother is very weak 65 year old, osteoporosis, any medicine if we give, it doesnt suit, constipation, loose motion happens, now she is not able to walk, even cant stand with some support. She daily takes Lupin Almighty plus tab a day. And nurobion forte in night sometimes. Can I give her Almy plus injection for strength, earlier doctor given her this injection for 15 days in gap in 2 days,..worked little. Pls suggest, if yes then for how many days it can be given.
