Hello doctors Suffering from headache from last 1 week right side headhache whihc includes scalp pain and shoulders tightness jaw pain too .. took naxodom 500 mg prescribed by neurologist and other migraine medicine like migaran,triptomer 10'mg no changes Request you to help me reducing pain

I am suffeing from vertigo for 1 year 3 months. It started because of bad neck posture as i have to sit on computers for long hours. I feel imbalance while walking and the moment i get into bad neck posture like if i bend downwards i feel immediate vertigo. i did some exercise to strengthen deep neck flexors which improved my condition like 30%. But i dont see situation improving beyond that.I have consulted orthopaedic, ENT, neurologist but not helping much. Attaching MRI report. Please let me know if atlas misalignment is there or is it not captured ? What to do next ?

My mother is suffering from high BP since last 8 to10days. She is also paralysed(her right side does not work). For BP she use Amlodac 2.5 but still her BP is in the range of 148/94 to 169/79. Her prescription is also attached below.

Dear sir/madam, I am 33 yes old woman, i had pain in eye and head behind from 2-3 yes. No sleeping full night from 4-5 yrs. Due to no sleeping feeling weakness.

My mother usually took quetiapine (50 mg) and lorazepam (1mg) first and then after half an hour she took risperidone (0.25mg) but one day she took risperidone first followed by quetiapine and lorazepam. After that she started feeling strange in head and next day in the evening her heart beats rose to 102bpm and fasting blood sugar was 208 and she was experiencing dizziness. After taking Depakote 300mg and lorazepam 1mg she started feeling better and slept but next day again she started feeling dizziness.

Father is having severe headache since yesterday and consulting local doctor ,they advised for a hospitalization. I have attached the reports,please let me know if this is something out of risk He had covid 20days ago.

Yesterday I went to a local doctor for checking numbness in hands, legs and forehead. He gave me Adetral 400 and gabapentin for 4 days. He suggested ESR, TSH, B12, D3, ANA, CRP and visit after a week, I have a doubt. After using medicines test is to be done or test is first. Is there any effect of these medicines on blood tests. What is to be done?? Plz help
