Brain and Spine Problems

My father is 68 years old, he is facing foot burning problem since 2 years due to sometimes he cant able to sleep, he did nerve conduction test also but reports are very normal, diabetes and BP is under control, we are confused what can be the reason and how to get of it. Please help

When I sit on chair if I look up at roof I get a sudden Spin and I have pain in ny occipital area all the time. I have consulted with ENT and took vertin but no results. Thanks

In the morning wooden kitchen cabinet fall on head. It has swollen a bit but no bleeding.  I had no dizziness. When I touch it pains. I had kept ice for long. Sometimes I feel like feet and palm numbness. Is there anything I need to keep a check on?

I have been experiencing pain on my head for the last 3days and it's hard for me to sleep as when in contact with the pillow it starts to feel pain even after changing position the pain is still there. And this usually starts after a year or a long time. I have hit the back of my head hard on concrete directly back in 2015. I don't know it's because of that.
