Brain and Spine Problems

Sir, sometimes I feel like I will fall. Or sudden vibration or jerk in my head while sitting on chairs. Today onwards my head is spinning and my focus is not accurate. Vision is clear but focus is not accurate, and making me uncomfortable. Please help.

My father got brain heamorage 7 yrs ago, his same medicine are going since 7 yrs which work's fine for him, but since then his right side is paralyzed there is an improvement but not fully,he cannot walk on his own.I wanted to know are there chances to get fully recovery in his paralysis.

I have a history of Migraine. I also got recovered from covid two months ago. I am now experiencing pain on top of skull (slightly on left side). In these two months I had left eye pain in between for bout of 2-3 seconds a day for few days. But the current skull pain is different. It feels like someone hit me with a rod and the pain feels like bruise, it slightly burns a little. I have no problem in walking, or concentrating or any changes in left or right side. Just the eye pain which is not there, but there is this disturbing headache from past two days.

I have met with dengue fever in October 2016 at that I have lost my voice completely for 1month then after to recover it took almost 1month but not 100% recovery of my voice. When iam speeking to some my voice is breaking, low, unable to breathe properly while talking to others and also my voice struck in between when speaking to others.
