Sir I am 19 year old . What are the causes for a 19 year old for a cerebral attack . Can anybody please list the causes only ??

I have done cervical spin laminectomy surgery 8 months back. Here I attached my post surgery MRI report. I have pain in my neck and shoulder while turn my head.

Hi Doctor, I am facing the headache from last one month along with weakness. I did NCCT head and it came normal. I did all blood test and it came normal. I did ESR tested and it is showing 30 earlier it was 43. I have visited 3 doctors and they are saying you are getting headache because of stress. My headache varies the location like sometime it is around the eyes, sometime on the forehead and sometime back of the head. I am not able to concentrate on my work because of this. I fell that I am not taking any stress but still headache is there along with weakness. Can you please suggest what should i do now? What medicine or what should I do? Is this a migraine or something?

V Shaped swelling in forehead above eyebrows with pulsating pain in swelling area and side of the head above ears with discomfort in eyes.
