Brain and Spine Problems

I was feeling numbness or some kind of weird sensation on half side of head from 5 days. Doctor said it's a migraine. So I was prescribed sibeleum 10 and szetalo LS for 10 days which I have not started still. Probably will start the medicines from tomorrow. Now, I have covid vaccination scheduled on this Monday. Can i go ahead n take the vaccine? the numbness on my head can exaggerate after vaccine? Is it safe to take the above mentioned medicines before and after covid vaccine?

: Is it common to have hand tremors post covid : Like before covid my hands were really stif and as I don't smoke or drink toh I never had shaky fingers : Even during covid it was not shaky : But post covid : 29 April se abtak there is a loads of pain in hands and legs and hands get shaky whenever I pick up something light. Some moments there is no pain but then suddenly it pains as if someone is hammering them and right hand is shaky ,left is normal . I drink coldrinks alot . But before covid I never had any shaky ness .

Doctor I have cyst in brain. I consulted 2-4 neurologist till 2017 . 2 neurologist suggest me to remove that cyst to avoid pain ,3 neurologist suggestion was that cyst is dried never impact , u can go for braces but done MRI of brain every 2 year to monitor growth of arachnoid cyst . I am facing strong uncontrolled headache once in 15 days. And that time I use pain relief gel in large quantity ( 20 gm omini gel tube can be empty after 2-3 session) . Currently I am facing strong tingling daily , extreme weakness and body pain. I am placed in one IT company, I may need to relocate  myself to other city for training purpose. Till I hadn't not diagnosis MRI due to dental brace. My dental treatment is not competed yet, but I want to rule out my brain cyst growth. Can I undergo ct-scan/ mri with metallic braces.

I have one sided headaches that radiates to back and looks like something something has pulling my head downwards. Also i have shoulder pain and neck pain.this pain that radiates to left hand and left leg.my left leg feels heavy in foot. Also there is a sensation that there are ants in my feet.this sensation sometime feels in right leg. I have also vertigo.kindly suuggest

Post covid, i am suffering from insomnia because of which i am not able to sleep for past 5 days. Even after taking zolpidem i hardly take 2 hrs of sleep. Please advice me anything that can treat it.

I am a patient of giant cell arthritis for the last 5 yrs. I have been continuously taking madrol 4 Mg and nexito 5 Mg. Is it safe to take madrol for such a long time

I recoverd from covid in April 23 after hospitalization .now from 3-4 days I have wierd feeling on face like heaviness on both cheek ,some time on nasal bone ,upper jaw sinus xray normal, two tooth on both side upper jaw RCT done 12 year back ,due to heaviness and suspected infection, treatment going on by dentist . Some time feeling like heaviness on head and tightness on head.

Hi doctor, 5 days ago suddenly my left eye starting paining (sharp) pain. Next day I went to eye specialist and told about my problem. Doc prescribed me 2 eye drop (pred forte & mydryn ). Then after two day my left side headache & sometime numbness near left eye also started. As I recovered from covid 19 in may and my pneumonia treatment was going on...so there was a thought of fungal infection. So I went to neurologist specialist and he asked me to go for a brain MRI (P+C) and prescribed me 2 medicine (Diva od 250mg & Lonazep 0.5 mg). Today I got my brain MRI report and then I went to doctor (neurologist) and he told me that everything is fine asked me to continue that 2 medicine for 15 days. But in MRI report something in the end is mentioned in bold dark letters. IMPRESSION:- MRI image reveals prominence left perioptic subarachnoid space. No significant intracranial abnormality seen. I am attaching my brain MRI report also.
