My mom(50Yrs) is consuming 2 tablet of  Gardenal 60mg a day for 30yrs. We're in a dilemma either to go with Covishield or covaccine vaccination. Can you please recommend a vaccine that suits her.

Hi Doctor, father is a diabetic. He also having piles problem. Currently he is under medication. 4 years back he had headache along with pain at right side nerves of forehead. attached is the prescription for the same. This is regarding my Mother who had stroke past 2 years ago, she is under medications and taking the tablets such as Rozalet, Dical D, maxgalip. Is it necessary to have MRI once in a while to know about the clotting?! And she still faces the difficulty to lift her left hand her fingers are still not working properly, she is under going physiotherapy daily...Will it take time or this would be like the constant one?!
