Brain and Spine Problems

My maternal aunt is suffering from insomnia since last 10 days. The whole day she is going through headache body ache and stress.

I have fore head pain since 6 months continues. Also have to much stress automatically. I am always thing about negativity. So please give me proper treatment.

Have sevier pain in head left side, having acidity reflex from last 2-3 days. As soon as gas passes get relief from headache

Headache always for last three year not able to sleep .no nausea or vomating but headache always overthinking always

Suffering from neck  spasm from February Mri of brain and neck are done..neck mri shows straightening of cervical due to muscle spasm...was fine in March and April In May again with a jerk there was mild pain in neck and shoulder on left side...but the main problem is that after walking for a while I feel numbness in my feet and  imbalance.Grip is fine doin few prescribed exercises without any problem Also have headache/light headedness

Im not able to sleep since last two night due to over thinking. I appeared in Competitive exam in the month of feb. and its result didnt go well and also in next gov. Exam i was not able to apper due to fever and fue of my friends did very well in that exam and getting good marks. And these type gov. Jobs comes rarly after 2-3 years. Now im totally hopless and i used to thinkg about all these things day and night. Even i try not to think about but still able to forgot those things and worried about my future. 7-8 days before some times i used to clonapit -.25 mg table which gave me relex but someone told me that it is harmful i stop to take it. But now im not able to sleep since last two nights.plz help me.

My mom has undergone a successful neurosurgery on 24 jan 2020 and after that now she usually feels faintness in morning as well as twice in weeks. Even we beling to air force background and have very good vegan diet. But don't know why is she feeling so faintness and her haemoglobin is 10.8 point since surgery.

I am taking medication LEVIGRESS 750mg for epilepsy,Is it okay to take covid vaccination, if yes which would you suggest covaxin/covishield

I feel tickling in right hand ring finger and also pain in different body part mostly in joints. And also I have swelling in my eyelids every fifteen days from last one year. I consulted to eye doctor they just to do warm compression and wash eyelashes. At same time i have ear pain, so ENT doctor told that, it's allergy because of that also there is swelling in eyelids  and feel blockage in nose. Please tell what it is.

Mental Behaviour. Not sitting any one place in one minute. More Voices,. He wont not Lessening.He wont sit silent or decent for a single minute,he wont listen ,he is not cautions about things around him,he wont speak properly according to his age,according to previous consultation with doctors addressed like he has water in his brain ,and exposed to fits regularly if stopes using medication.keeps continue cry for 6-7 hours in a day occucationally.
