Syndoba plus doesn't seem to help
My mom was diagnosed with atypical parkinsonium around April mid of this year. The medications started of with syndoba and around 10 days back shifted to syndoba plus. Despite taking medicines her condition seems to be deteriorating. What she could do 2-3 weeks back with ease, she is finding it very difficult now. She can't even get up from the sofa and chair without the support of both hands. Even the amount of time she could walk continuously is decreasing slowly. She feels her legs have no strength and they are buckling down. The bent neck and spinal mri came out clean... Both the paraneoplastic test and autoimmune encephalitis mosaic tests came out negative...is this kind of deterioration normal for atypical parkinsonium cases in just a few days? They had told us we could see improvement in 2 weeks once we started with syndoba plus but her condition is going down instead of atleast stabilising...what should be our next steps?

Sever headaches
Post covid I am having severe headaches. I had migraine before covid also, but now I am having stabbing, poking pain in the head and backside of my ears, neck. It is different from the migraine headaches which I used to get, those were mostly associated with eye pain. Please suggest if any tests are required or how to treat the pain.

Unable to do as much work I could before
Hello doctor l am 17 years old and I am facing the problem from 6-7 month. I don't enjoy doing the things which I used to do before.
This problem has been increasing day by day.
I only like to sit down and scroll my phone and I feel lethargic and sleepy all the time. I sleep for 9-10 hours daily. I don't do the things that I know is important. My work efficiency has been declining at a high rate. I can't do much work. Earlier I could study even for 11-12 hours daily but now a days I hardly study for 2-3 hours. Whenever I go to sleep I plan for the next day I start talking to myself. Mostly whenever I am not doing anything, I talk to myself. Maybe due to this I have started forgetting the things that happened just now or I have studied just now. This started suddenly when a very unfavorable thing happened . After scoring good marks in 10 I was supposed to prepare for IIT and Go to a coaching but due to lockdown
everything was ruined. I was stressed about my future. please help me
