Brain and Spine Problems

Hi, can someone please help me understand what treatment should be done by looking at the attached reports. The attached reports pertain to my uncle who is currently admitted to a hospital. He is getting treated for, Acute non hemorrhagic infracts. He is having high blood pressure and he is a diabetic patient.

My mom had right side  paralysis after accident. After physiotherapy now she can walk with stick but hand movement not done.. what treatment given to her now.. here some recent report of last mri and when accident was done at 2019. . She will recover or not fully.

When turning head  while sleeping feels heavy drizzyness or like fainting..What will be the problem?

One of my friend suffering from headache and dizziness last few days...he went to doctor to check his BP...his BP is 170/110... Doctor prescribed medicine and advise him to do a CT scan...today he done his CT scan... report says he has blood clot in Brain...i enclosed the report of the CT scan...can you please tell me is it cause of concern...his age is 35...

Could you please go through attached diagnostic report and let me know if anything abnormal found. My sister is visiting a hospital in hyderabad for her son treatment from last 1 year but still the problem did not go away. Your inputs will help to seek better treatment. My sister was not able to explain correctly to me as she is sometimes saying blockage, sometimes saying lump and sometimes saying tumour. I am having pain and heaviness in right side of head at one point under the skull. I conducted MRI in which right side calcified granuloma diagnosed of 5.2 mm * 3.1 mm . Doctor suggested not to be afraid of it and no treatment is required for this. For last one month I am listening sound in right ear and head . Kindly diagnose

Does postural hypotension makes you die early? I feel dizzy when i stand up suddenly from sleeping postion for a long time watching mobile. Head feels like something rushing and dizzy. But my blood pressure normal. Once i measured standing it was 124/87. I have cervical spondolitis and loss of cervical lordosis. Can it be due to that. Severe pain in back of neck and sides.
