Brain and Spine Problems

I have met with dengue fever in October 2016 at that I have lost my voice completely for 1month then after to recover it took almost 1month but not 100% recovery of my voice. When iam speeking to some my voice is breaking, low, unable to breathe properly while talking to others and also my voice struck in between when speaking to others. It has been almost 5years I haven't got permanent solution for my voice could anyone suggest me regarding this issue

I have been experiencing severe tingling sensation on both sides of my head from past few days...also some times i experience the same in my eyebrows and arms as well. Looking for a possible remedy for the same.

Yesterday morning my mother fell down from a two wheeler and there is an inflammation in her left side part of the head and till evening everything is normal but when she lay down there is a nosebleed from her right nostril..then she is taken to a nearby hospital and they prescribed a medicine...is something to worry about this or its normal..please someone give me a reply

I used or rather abused Modafinil for a year (all through 2018) and in December of 2018, I had a depression stroke. The doctor diagnosed me for psychosis and I have been on Valance Od 250 and Oliza 2.5 ever since. It's been 2.5 years but my brain is just not what it used to be before I became addicted to Modafinil. My memory, ability to use language is just not the same. I feel the medicines aren't doing a good job for reversing the damage done by Modafinil, so what should I do? Are valance od 250 and oliza 2.5 going to be effective for me in the long run?

Hello dr. I get menstrual migraines before periods behind my ears mostly on one side and if I'm stressed out I get migraines or headaches too. Paracetamol doesn't work. I will be trying to conceive soon. Is there any medicine for menstrual migraines? Shall I consult a gynaecologist too? Can hormonal imbalance be cause of menstrual migraines? Please advice

Blocked head, pain in back of head, neck, shoulders, absent mindedness, double vision, confusion, lack of concentration, numbness in limbs, loss of balance at times, depression, handwriting disorder.

I have a constant stretching in my left part of body and it increases after I eat anything and when I press my hands and leg I burp and I get relief?is this anything serious?

I have back head pain from long time and having symptoms like feeling nausea,while standing feels my body movement,while talking and during morning walk  feels brain fog,if i look downwards my body feels like frwd backwrd movement and pain in the toes if i look up it become normal,pain in the upper part of neck,sometimes time if i look sidewards blur for milli sec. Kindly suggest is there any problem like brain tumour? , actually i have vestibular migrane is this symptoms on this?
